Requirements

Education

·        Higher Secondary (HSC) / Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA),

Experience

·        At least 1 year

·        The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: E-commerce

·        Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

·        Age 20 to 32 years

·        Must be knowledgeable about Facebook, social media, email & live web chat.

·        Ability to achieve KPIs by performing the daily tasks assigned by the line manager

Responsibilities & Context

·        Product Sales.

·        Need to handle incoming calls to the prospective pertaining to the client's business customers

·        Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.

·        Explain the products and services to the customers.

·        Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.

·        Refer under solve customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.

·        Tracking, Recording, and reporting sales on a daily basis

·        Do regular follow-up with the contacts and leads

·        Handle customers in a good manner.

·        Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

·        Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
